Elision Health Products The Narrative Centre The soul of the Leadership Centre is narrative. Always present, in any culture are stories. The Narrative Centre captures, understands and shares compelling healthcare stories.
Stories of failure, however uncomfortable, can illuminate shared standards and ambitions and how the organisations we create can sometimes fail to achieve them. They can be the most compelling motivators for change in our attitudes and behaviours. Good stories inspire strong feelings of hope. We are eager for something upbeat, something honest, something authentic. People long to be inspired – they want a break from the negative noise that inundates us all.
