The Elision Health Leadership Centre is founded on our absolute conviction that good local leadership in such moments is essential to the creation of change. It explores a new dimension in simulation, offering individuals the opportunity to learn, in a low risk environment, how to handle moments like these.

We use scenarios based on real life events, which authentically evoke the time, the place and the reality of patient and staff experience. They allow people to understand the several dangers, and very real possibilities that exist in those moments.
